Franchise companies for sale in Canada
Ben and Amanda know something about kids products. They have 4 children under 4 years old – and their youngest arrived just a few weeks ago.
“We are in the thick of the Boomerang Kids market, and we’re in the know about what parents want and are looking for. ” said Amanda. “We can definitely connect with other parents!”
Ben and Amanda have successful careers in the federal government, and decided the time was right to pursue their dream of owning a Canadian franchise.
“We wanted a business with a proven model. We’ve been Boomerang Kids customers in Orleans (Ottawa) for the past 4 years, and the opportunity came along at the right time.”
They bought the existing 5-year-old Orleans location, and they also purchased two (2) Gatineau territories in Quebec. As multi-unit owners, they will have a very busy summer with the new baby, moving the Orleans store to a larger location across the parking lot and opening the first Quebec location. The second Quebec location will follow within 12 months.
Amanda and Ben are also focused on adding new French products to the new inventory line-up in their stores over the coming months. So they are happy to have Orleans store manager Martha English-MacCaull and staff continue to operate the Orleans store with their well-known customer service.
“Martha is an incredible manager, and we’re lucky to have her support and guidance as we get to know the Boomerang Kids system.” said Ben.
